This blog is built with:

• Next.js 14 App Router (no src/ folder, because conventions matter)
• Bun as the runtime and package manager
• MDX for content — markdown with superpowers
• Tailwind CSS + Shadcn UI for a clean, dark-first UI
• PostgreSQL for the newsletter (no third-party services, full control)
